this man got me through my parents divorce, high school, a couple broken hearts, and other rough patches. at times the albums were all i had to turn to. in the summer of 2009 i waited in the pouring rain for 13 hours to tell him ‘Thank You’, when i finally did he kissed me on the cheek, squeezed me tight for sticking around and bought me a beer.

Conor Oberst saved my life and i’ll be forever grateful, cause it got better and i’m glad i stuck around.
